The classic avoidance game. Every heart costs a point and the Queen of Spades costs 13 — keep your score LOW. First to push someone over 100 ends the game; lowest score wins.

How to play Hearts
Goal: take as FEW points as possible. Each ♥ = 1 point, the Q♠ = 13 points.
Each hand starts by passing 3 cards to a neighbor (left, right, across — then no pass).
Whoever holds the 2♣ leads the first trick. You must follow suit if you can; the highest card of the led suit takes the trick.
You can't play points on the very first trick, and you can't lead a heart until hearts have been "broken" (played on another trick).
Shooting the moon: take ALL the hearts and the Q♠ and everyone else gets 26 instead of you!
When someone passes 100, the game ends — lowest score wins.
