How to play Backgammon

Goal: move all 15 of your cream checkers into your home board (the bottom-right quarter), then bear them off the board. First to bear off all 15 wins.
Roll & move: tap Roll dice, then tap one of your checkers — the green dots show where it can go. Each die moves one checker that many points. You move toward your home (the numbers count down to 1).
Doubles: roll the same number on both dice and you get to make four moves of that number.
Hitting: land on a point with a single opponent checker (a "blot") and it goes to the bar in the middle. It must re-enter on the far side before that player does anything else.
Blocked: you can't land on a point held by two or more opponent checkers.
Take your time — the computer waits for you. This is a friendly brain workout.
