About Goldie
Goldie was started by people who have helped or are helping their aging parents with technology. Our goal is simple: to make life easier and better for older adults and the family members who care for them, by translating complex technology into simple, everyday tools that make sense.
We want to give working adults more freedom whether it’s to spend time with their kids, go on a date, or simply breathe a little easier while still supporting their aging parents with confidence and care.
We use our tech skills to build tools that are simple to use and help seniors stay independent and safe. As we grow, we’ll keep working with companies to improve their products based on real feedback from caregivers and families. Please cheer us on!
Founder Story
The founders, along with their wives, come from diverse backgrounds — healthcare, pharmacy, law, business, finance, and technology. Educated at universities in Massachusetts with doctoral and master’s degrees. Despite their different paths, they share one mission: to help more families care for aging parents using modern technology.
It started with a simple website exploring tools that support older adults — from apps that make travel easier to tech that enhances safety and independence, along with cybersecurity news and tech tips for families.
But then, the mission became personal.

That quote hit home. Our parents gave us everything — love, education, and strong values.We created Goldie to give back. We want to help families use technology with confidence — without stress or confusion.
We offer friendly, hands-on tech support and tools that fit into everyday life. And we’re committed to learning and improving every day. As late Charlie Munger, Warren Buffett’s longtime partner, once said:
“Go to bed every night a little wiser than you were when you got up.”
That mindset of learning and gratitude guides everything we do. Goldie isn’t just about technology — it’s about honoring the people who raised us.

As our platform grows, we plan to give back to local communities by supporting programs for the elderly and the caregivers who care for them.
In the U.S., there are over 8.3 million people working in health and social services, supported by more than 20,000 service organizations and over 8,000 adult day centers serving seniors and their families. The vast majority of these programs operate on an annual budget of less than $1 million.
